Description

Block Party is a 2-4 player couch co-op fighting game, 
in which players will compete in a variety of fast paced minigames to see who will earn the crown.

Featuring a large collection of minigames, Block Party provides a fast paced, fun to play game for you and your friends. With minigames such as Free For All, Toxic Waste, and Screencheat, players will be matched against one another in an all out fight for the last man standing. 
On the other hand, minigames such as Blocks Kitchen, Zone wars, Ice breaker, and Tetris provide players with a less combat centered approach to claim victory. 

Can you come out on top and earn yourself the crown, or will it be stolen from you?

Background

This game was made in 12 weeks working as a small team of 5. The project was made within an Agile, Scrum-based development cycle,
making use of weekly sprints organised within a Kanban board to ensure the product was made on time.

The entire project was produced using Github for version control,
 with a strict QA and review process for each pull request.

As both the project leader, and one of the lead programmers for this project, I am extremely proud of the work that has been done by my team and I, and I cannot thank them enough for helping me produce this game.

Notes:

• This game currently supports only local split screen multiplayer. 
• Controller is recommended, but keyboard is also supported.
• This is still in development, and is NOT a final release.
